High volume data transfers, especially sustained high volume data transfers, are not permitted. Hosting a web server or any other server by use of our Service is prohibited. Trying to access someone else's account, sending unsolicited bulk e-mail, collection of other people's personal data without their knowledge and interference with other network users are all prohibited.
3. Arrow Energy Pty Ltd reserves the right to suspend the Service if (1) Arrow Energy Pty Ltd reasonably believes that your use of the Service is unreasonably excessive or (2) you are using the Service for criminal or illegal activities.
4. You do not have the right to resell this Service to a third party.
5. Arrow Energy Pty Ltd reserves the right to revise, amend or modify these Terms & Conditions, our other policies and agreements, and aspects of the Service itself.
Q: Why can’t I see all of my applications? A: Applications are allocated based on business need and role based membership. If an application that you normally have access to via the portal is not visible please contact the Arrow Energy ICT Service Desk.
Q: Why won’t my credentials work when clicking on an application? A: If prompted for credentials within Arrow Portal you should enter the application specific credentials, not your Arrow username and password. If unsure please contact the Arrow Energy ICT Service Desk.
Q: How do I change my password? A: Click on the ‘Change Password’ link. You will be taken to a secure login page to change your password.
Q: How do I enrol for SMS authentication? A: You have to be connected to the Arrow Energy Network to register for SMS authentication. Click on the ‘SMS Enrolment’ link to register.
